    I highly recommend Barbel Fitness to help you look and feel your best, both mentally and physically. She taught me the proper way to lift weights and not to rush through the sets. Always stressing the importance of resting the muscles between sets, and drink plenty of water. Also don’t look at the scale everyday, but to watch how you see yourself. She has challenged me to perform to my limit, which I’m grateful for. Barbel Fitness is personable and cares about you. They think about the inner you and not just the outer you.

    Barb is an absolute pro, her passion for what she does clearly shines through! I started working with her this year and she was highly recommended by one of my tennis friends. Barb makes working out fun and I miss it when I'm not there. Her expertise and flexibility allows her to assess each clients individual potential and limitations. I have issues with my wrists and she knows exactly how to adjust certain exercises so I can complete them. My daughter and I are working out together this summer and she suits the sessions to both of our abilities flawlessly. We always have a blast working out with Barb. I would highly recommend her, the results are fabulous!!!
