Unfortunately, the level of customer service at the Middlebury location has changed significantly. Katherin is, by far, the best nail technician, and she is the primary reason I continue to return.
Two weeks ago, I had an appointment with Johanna. She was delayed and initially told me I would need to wait 15 minutes. That 15-minute wait turned into approximately 35 minutes because, after another client finished her nails, she decided to have her eyebrows done as well. Johanna was occupied, so I was left waiting.

I've been coming to 3D nails for a couple years now and usually see Maribel who is awesome. She was not is today so I had Paulina as my tech. She was AMAZING 10/10 I am so happy with how my nails came out! Ty Paulina!!
