Today I saw Sara for an hour. I MTB often and wanted to get some work done on my lower back. Very happy I did. I'll be coming back for sure in the future. Very nice place as well

I have been a regular at the Watertown Natural Balance office for years now, and I have never had a bad experience. Michele, Melissa, and Brooke take care of me like I'm family- they have genuine concern for my wellbeing. I have very specific needs and they have always welcomed the challenges with a smile. I am grateful to these ladies for introducing me to so many different healing modalities and bringing me relief on the regular!

We've been here multiple times and never been disappointing. As uncomfortable as I am being half naked and touched by a stranger, they actually got me to relax and enjoy myself. No small task! I've never been anywhere else for a massage so I can't speak to the pricing but for the service we got it was worth every penny. Staff was awesome, nice clean facilities. Awesome across the board.
