She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident. We were sent home with great aftercare instructions and supplies.
What really stood out was the follow up care. When I had a few questions a few days later, Cindy responded right away and was extremely accommodating and supportive. Her responsiveness, compassion, and willingness to help never felt transactional. It felt like genuine care. Cindy clearly takes pride in her work and truly cares about the people she serves.
