Had Bert come out to inspect an older building and he was fantastic from start to finish. You could tell right away he knew what he was looking at — older buildings come with their own set of quirks and concerns, and he didn't miss a thing. He took his time going through everything thoroughly and was great about answering all my questions along the way without making me feel rushed. Bert is a very nice guy and was very knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection. The report was very extensive and explained everything in detail. I was very pleased with everything. He treated me with respect and in a professional manner and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend using him. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Bert for a wonderful job.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Bert was incredibly accommodating to our time-sensitive needs, offering us a Sunday morning appointment. As first-time homebuyers, my fiance and I found Bert's diligence and detailed explanations to be quite empowering in helping us to understand the condition of the home. Within an hour and a half of the inspection's end, we had our incredibly detailed report (nearly 100 pages!) emailed to us- again, on a Sunday!
