He is very personable. The advice he gives if given in a way that is straightforward, understandable, and doesn't feel overwhelming. I never really have to wait for my appointment when I get there.

If you care about 100% privacy/soundproofing (I don't ?), you may be able to hear the room next to you. But they do a good job of scheduling people so that everyone feels like they've got the full attenof the doctor and he's not spread out (patient wise)

Dr. Reich and his staff are all amazing. Dr. Reich doesn’t rush you at all and actually listens to your issues, gives you an adjustment and provides exercises you can do at home to help improve your body. Annie is wonderful with fast replies, any paperwork done super fast and always willing to squeeze you into the schedule. His MA is very sweet and helps with any therapies you are receiving. My boyfriend and I both had major surgeries 7 months ago and we wouldn’t be where are today and feelings as good as we are without their help.

Everyone in the Meriden office are great. They communicated well, and the doctor listened to exactly where my pain was stemming from. He diagnosed me quickly and helped me tremendously in only one session. Annie up front at the desk also made coming in and filling out the paperwork extremely easy. Will definitely go back and get adjusted by the chiropractor.
