I had a comprehensive eye exam today and it was one of the most thorough and professional experiences I’ve had (I haven’t had an eye exam in years)!! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. I was then assisted by the technician (I’m not sure of her exact title or name) she performed a series of detailed eye tests and dilated my eyes—she was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. After that, Dr. Youseffi continued with more in-depth testing and made sure all my concerns were addressed. To top it all off, a wonderful staff member helped me pick out new glasses and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

Excellent experience every time with Dr. Luiza Youssefi at Meriden Eye Care. The exam is always smooth, thorough, and very pleasant. Dr. Youssef is attentive, professional, and takes the time to make sure everything is clearly explained.
The staff is also wonderful—friendly, efficient, and very welcoming, which makes the entire visit easy and comfortable. Highly recommend! !

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the optician I saw before the doctor, but he was SO nice! The office was beautiful and clean. This was my first visit and I will absolutely be back!
