“I am a 42yr old woman of color and have been going to Aria since December. I initially went in for a consult regarding Botox, however after meeting with Lilly she suggested addressing my skin issues first. I didn't realize why my skin was not cooperating with all the products and efforts I was putting into it, or the severity of skin damage I had. Lilly had me schedule a hydrafacial or VI Chemical peel with Gillien and I went with the chemical peel. Immediately after the treatment, I saw amazing results and a few weeks later I went back for a hydrafacial. My skin, thus far, after just 2 treatments is like night and day and I'm so happy and pleased. I recently had a laser treatment which was also great and the first of many to come. All of the staff are amazing, kind and well educated on the skin concerns of all skin types, especially women of color. I don't walk in and feel as if I am less than because I am trying to make improvements on myself and they do not try to oversell or encourage you to get unnecessary treatments. “5 stars is an understatement. Over the past 2 years, I have been going to Linda for a variety of services including facials, laser treatments, Dysport injections, red light therapy, and help with my everyday skin care and maintenance. She is beyond knowledgeable about everything related to aesthetics, the most up-to-date products and treatments, etc., but what sets Linda apart from anyone else is how she takes the time and is able to look at you as an individual. She tailors her treatment specifically to me so as to produce the best and SAFEST results every time. I attribute this to her impressive amount of knowledge and experience in this field as an advanced practice registered nurse for many years dealing hands-on with patients and having a deep understanding of anatomy/physiology, risks/benefits, infection control and safety, as well as potential associated side-effects and complications to certain treatments. Linda is very transparent and has always treated me with a "less is more" approach, in that she will perform certain services only if and when it is safe and if it is even appropriate for me. My skin has often been a struggle and as many times as I would have been willing to just try anything and everything under the sun for a quick fix, Linda explains thoroughly when and why certain interventions are appropriate/inappropriate and never just does something if she knows it will not be beneficial and a waste of your time and money or even potentially harmful. She even goes so far as to have me follow up so she can see her work once it has set in to ensure it is perfect and to my liking- no one else has ever cared to do that and this speaks volumes. It is evident that Linda is fully invested in her clients, everything she does is with care and integrity and I mean it when I say that I trust her completely- which when you think about it is a lot to say when it comes to your face!
