First, the very pleasant lady at the front desk took care of my re-booking and payment very smoothly, hassle free! and previously had me placed on a wait list for an extra spot with Massage Therapist Jill if there was a cancellation. Lucky e there was and she got me on the calendar. I appreciate the test and phone calls to set that up, made it very easy. I am pleased with the overall atmosphere and cleanliness of the entire facility, from lobby to restrooms to Massage rooms. My Therapist is Jill who has a great fun upbeat personality but is a seasoned pro. I used to see Justin monthly for trigger point and deep tissue massages before I moved to southern Connecticut—and wow, do I miss him. I recently got a massage down here, and it only reminded me of how exceptional Justin truly is. He listens, he remembers, and most importantly, he actually takes the pain away.
If you deal with trigger points or chronic pain—especially in the upper back, traps, shoulders, or neck—Justin is the best!! I’m genuinely considering making the drive back to get a massage from him, no one else even comes close. Highly, highly recommend.

Elements Massage has been a wonderful part of my life for many years now, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Justin at the Meriden location is amazing and an expert at those trigger point and deep tissue massages. He listens to his clients and makes them feel like they are in great hands. Pun intended! Haha The facials are great addition to the services they offer. It is so hard to decide month to month what service I want to go with because they are both amazing.
