I highly recommend Slade and Copper Valley Heating & Cooling. This is the 3rd time I used Copper Valley and Slade. The 1st time Slade replaced my central air during Covid. The 2nd time I had to replace my water heater during Covid. Both times were an emergency and both times the items were replaced quickly. The 3rd time my a/c ducts were old and had to be replaced. Once again they were replaced quickly. I can always count on Copper Valley Heating & Cooling to be cost effective, efficient, use superior products, trustworthy, and just all around great workers. Also, the cleanup is awesome, you don't even know work was done.
I called copper valley heating and cooling when the furnace in my new house was intermittently shutting off, Slade and his team came out quickly, at the exact time agreed upon. Slade knew exactly what was going on, ordered the parts to fix it and shared the exact costs. There were no surprise expenses and prices were fair. He made recommendations about proper maintenance and followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. I can’t recommend Slade and Copper Valley enough!

At every step, Slade explained what he found and what was needed to undertake a complex repair. Not only did Slade work tirelessly to restore heat for us, he independently undertook an investigation to determine if there was any warranty coverage. We would have given five stars just for getting our heat back on, but the fact that Slade went out of his way to further help us is remarkable and for which we are very grateful.
