Have been using Tuxis-Ohr for years for our oil. For this they are excellent! We do the pre pay program and automatic delivery and have always had great service. They also clean our furnace yearly and we never have any complaints. Therefore when we decided on mini split a/c we went with Tuxis. This experience is very different and I’m quite disappointed. The units were installed April 2021. They have stopped working 3 times. We always have to wait days for the tech to come. It’s always the same issue - they close and stop working. I highly recommend working with the team at Tuxis! We’ve been customers for several years, and throughout that time they’ve maintained our HVAC and heating systems while also handling our regular oil deliveries. I truly can’t say enough good things about them.

Got home from work around 230 this afternoon to no heat. Called Tuxis Ohr at 245, Eddie called me back around 315 said he had one service call ahead of me. He arrived around 535 and knew right away what the problem was and took care of it. Thank you for great customer service service.
