This place must be so proud of Krystal. Not only did she make me feel less than a person(which she was aware of because she addressed how mad I looked) but she made it very clear she has a problem with the LGBT. I have never wanted to get out of a chair and get away from a barber so fast. My haircut was and is TERRIBLE. She obviously did not want me there. I will never recommend this business to anyone ever. Every question she asked about my hair I discover was WRONG. Horrible mid fade, absolutely butchered my top. I have to get another haircut because of her. I won't ever recommend this place and if I hear anyone saying they are going to this location I'll warn them to look for a better service. You must be so proud of her!!

Absolutely disgusted by the the attitude and the display of unprofessionalism from the stylist that WAS going to cut my hair..I sat in her chair (bigger girl w the forearm tattoo) and saw her in the mirror behind me throw her head back like she's exhausted to have to work, but i let that go, then she finally comes over and starts vacuuming (which fine u gotta clean) then puts it back in the locker and SLAMS THE LOCKER DOOR and walks away again seeing her in the mirror throwing her hands around, if you don't want to work, go home, don't screw up a haircut that I needed..terrible absolutly terrible maturity and lacks any sense of professionalism or being an adult

Normally love this place. But such a bad experience today. Had been wearing a hat all day. I said I'll pay to get my hair rinsed since it has been matted all day by hat. She said it wasn't necessary. Worst haircut I ever got. And charged for beard when all she did was trim it. Wouldn't shape it at all. My hair has all these long spots. Charged for cut and beard and I think I tip well. Gave $10. $41 for a crappy haircut never going back. If I have to pay those prices I'll go to a barbershop

One of the associates was extremely rude and started yelling just for a pice of candy.. unacceptable gesture n further exhibited unwelcoming behavior when I offered to sponsor a bag full do that kids does not get embarrassed by someone from store yelling at them

Clean place, prices are reasonable compared to other chain haircut locations. Everyone there seems really friendly and willing to help. I think my stylist is absolutely awesome (Amanda). Only reason for the non-5 star review has nothing to do with her, just how their website is set up it can be a little finicky making an appt, checking in, and whatnot.

Their system for getting an appointment is terrible and their app is unreliable. The quality of their service is inconsistent to put it nicely. The experience is usually very frustrating.

Went in Friday Nov 3 2023. The board was full over an hour and fifty min wait. Two people working slow as could be doesnt take a half hour to cut one persons hair especially a mans hair. They had zero hustle or respect for people waiting. My son and I as well as two other people just walked out. Would never go back there
