We were new to the whole process and ended up causing quite a bit of back & forth, but Steve handled it so well and got the house inspected within our small window of time. Easy to contact, very thorough in the process, and very clearly explained everything he found. He made a daunting task seem perfectly manageable. Can’t recommend him enough!!

I can't believe there isn't a review yet! We are first time home buyers and it has been a mess! Brian has done more than one inspection for us and he's been wonderful! He schedules quickly and flexibly, he communicates throughout the process, giving us tips and information we may need down the road in regards to the house, and his full report is done quickly. As first time home buyers, my mother has accompanied me on the inspections and both times she complimented how incredibly thorough he is. It's been great working with him and if I ever need an inspection again, he'll be the person I call! I can not recommend Shamrock enough!
