First time home buyer here working without a realtor. We were new to the whole process and ended up causing quite a bit of back & forth, but Steve handled it so well and got the house inspected within our small window of time. Easy to contact, very thorough in the process, and very clearly explained everything he found. He made a daunting task seem perfectly manageable. Can’t recommend him enough!!
