Mike Cunningham performed a thorough and informative inspection of the home we are purchasing. His narrative and explanations during the course of the inspection were on-point and not prone to panic or urgency. A truly professional job.
We are first-time homebuyers and this was our first experience going through a home inspection. Mike was very personable but thorough, and he made sure to explain everything he was inspecting and how he was doing it. He also made sure we understood everything and answered all our questions. We got the results and report very quickly, and I recommend him!
