Have had R&R come out for various non-urgent repairs and boiler maintenance over the last 20 years. A handful of aging copper pipe joints/valves replaced, and most recently a corroded steam pipe. I've only one issue in the distant past with a replaced outdoor spigot that broke after one season, and they came right out, determined that the original part wasn't for outdoor use and replaced at no charge. Reasonable prices and Ron is a wealth of knowledge and experience.

They are good guys. They did some work on my furnace when I was selling my house and the cost was reasonable. They also worked on my furnace before than and they told me I didn't need a new furnace because that one was still on great shape. A few years before that I was being pressured by another company because.

Went in with what we thought was a broken stem. Come to find out it was just a washer and the gentleman knew exactly how to fix it and my husband was able to fix our shower in less than two hrs!

I called them bc of my low hot water pressure he said on the phone it cost 90$ per hour but he came in my house my 3 years Heather was in the basement and he didn’t even work on it more than half hour and cost me $150 and day after I got same issues with low hot pressure again and trying to call them to come and work on it he didn’t he keeps telling me on the phone go buy new heater . My heater is only 3 years old . I won’t call this company never ever . He just trying to ignore me instead of to come to my house and fix it .

I called looking to just Get a quote and the person on the phone interrupted me and said too busy for that. Call someone else. Professionalism is everything. Won’t ever use them now. Delivering that info or putting it ON their website that they can’t take new work would be helpful. Don’t bother.
