While visiting family, my toddler injured his hand. The staff were empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable. A stressful experience became manageable due to the great care extended to my son.
Our entire experience here was top notch, from when we checked in to the time we left everything was efficient and smooth. Dr. Amy Wu was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle and had an excellent bedside manner with our almost 2 year old son. She thoroughly explained his injury to us and answered all the questions that we had. Could not recommend this place more!
As a parent, when your child isn't feeling well, it can be stressful. When you have a doctor who is kind and pleasant, it can make a difference. Dr. Wu and her staff are the best! We had our first interaction with them last night. They were so great with my little one!!! (Manchester office)
