I went to fix my lip piercings (snake bites) and switch to hoops, and change my nose ring. One lip was embedded and she was able to remove it safely. The owner was super friendly/understanding and answered my questions. I was a walk-in and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes, and the price was great! 10/10 would recommend :D

melissa is great, i got my eyebrow pierced here along with my boyfriend and she was so kind and professional, she talks you through everything and she eased a lot of my anxiety throughout my piercing. just watching her pierce my boyfriend made it even more apparent that she knows what she's doing and is very skilled in her work. prices are extremely reasonable and the jewelry is implant grade, inside of the store is also very cozy and helps you feel much more at ease. no complaints at all, would highly recommend
