There is nothing more rewarding then knowing your pet is in loving capable and caring hands. She (SHADOW) will be missed. Thankyou for your kindness and compassion ❤️

Dr. Sutter and Manchester Vet Clinic were our Zuchon dog Molly's vet for 15 years. We lost her in April. They have always provided wonderful care. She developed pancreatitis when she was 2 - 3 because we fed her wrong. After she stabilized, they worked with me to find recipes for nearly fat free meals that met her nutritional needs and kept her well. We credit her longevity to those meals with all natural food and their care of her. After Molly passed naturally, they made a donation in her name to a charity that supports getting better food to dogs.....perfect! They sent a lovely handwritten card too. We will eventually get another dog and of course, they will be her vets! Carol Rady, Bolton, CT

They are so wonderful. Dr. B. has taken care of my boys Bob and Ted for quite a while now and they couldn't be in better hands! Amazing and pleasant staff as well!

From day 1 the staff has been absolutely wonderful. Few yrs back my kitty Poombah broke her hip and my fiance and I had no idea where to go. We chose this place only because it was close in the beginning and now our vets called us with info about suggestions and what they would do. We could bend her hip back or take her home, let it heal naturally with meds and care. We decided to take her home and in a few months she was healed. They also introduced us to Care pet insurance which helped us tremendously with our bills. From the moment you walk in you have 2 separate entrances for cats and dogs and some very relaxing soothing music in the background to ease your mind. We just went there recently and now Poombah kitty is 20 yrs of age and she is close to that rainbow bridge but as usual the staff was so kind and sweet. The vet showed me how to administer an iv treatment, gave us high protein food so she maybe could start eating a bit since she hadn't eaten in 7 days, and held Poombah very lovingly which showed me they love animals for sure. We will forever be grateful for the yrs of kind loving service they have provided!!!

I really wish I could leave a 5 star review and I would have a couple months ago. I will start by saying that I have brought my two cats here for the last 3 years and have always received great care by the vets here. I was in graduate school and was always very upfront that I had to be smart financially and the vets were always great at offering multiple options and being transparent about costs. I am well aware that cats are a life time financial commitment and their health is my first priority. Fast forward to a couple of months ago, I am moving out of state and I need to obtain a health certificate for my cats in order to cover my bases when moving to a new state (note I never needed to use their certificate). I reached out to Manchester vet to explain to them what I needed. I called the Dept of Agriculture of my new state to confirm everything I needed and relayed everything to Manchester vet. Basically it was just a simple health certificate saying they are healthy and have all of their vaccinations. I bring both of the cats in, they do a basic health assessment and fill out a piece of paper and send me on my way. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes. When I get to the front, my bill is almost $500 dollars and I am shocked. I question this and they tell me it is correct. I walk out stunned as that is the price of the flight for the cats across the country. It doesn’t sit right so I call all the other vets in the area who all quote me between $100-$200 for the same thing. I also called the Dept of Agriculture of the state I am moving and they said that had never heard of it being that expensive. I call Manchester vet and try to get an explanation from them on the cost and if there has been a mistake. Fast forward 2 months and I have been treated so poorly throughout this whole situation. I have spoke to Katie, the assistant manager, who was very kind but have never been able to speak to the manager of the practice or the owner after asking several times for an explanation of the cost or any attempt to rectify the situation. I waited 2 months to write this review, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they would have taken some action. I am so disappointed in the way that I have been treated and I would just caution anyone looking to bring their animals here that if they ever have any trouble, the poor management will unfortunately outweigh the wonderful care the vets here provide.

We have been bringing our pets to Manchester Veterinarian Clinic for over 30 years. Aside from the excellent medical care and procedures they provide, the front staff is always very friendly and professional as well. It's also important to mention that the staff mixes a high level of compassion with their obvious medical expertise.

I have had animals for many years and have gone to quite a few veterinary clinics. I can attest that this practice is the best one I have ever used. They are extremely helpful, kind and most importantly knowledgeable. They helped me with the treatment of very ill animals, the loss of a pet, and gave me constant advice to how to train a puppy. They are by far the very best. Dr. Sutter and Dr. B. are excellent doctors well versed in their field and extremely kind and take the time to thoughtfully listen to all concerns. I never feel rushed during my visits there.
