My wife and I visited this gym and were extremely impressed with the cleanliness (Defense Soap in the bathrooms!), friendliness of members, and everyone’s skill level. The gym principal Rob Magao is an OG in the “blue jitsu” law enforcement/BJJ training space.
Had a great experience visiting this gym and doing open mats. Didn’t run into any egos. Rolled with some higher belts who let me work a bit and then showed submissions when I asked. If you live in the area or visiting, you should train or visit
Both of my children, ages 6 and 16, train at Manchester Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Bushido, and I couldn't be happier with our experience.
