Great sales today! The cashier woman was very friendly and helpful! Even when I had a price question she was patient and fixed the error of the price the computer scanned. Some customer service agents will give huge attitude on things like that but not even a trace from her. Very very happy with the customer service! I will happily continue to shop here!

My family and I walked into the Portrait area without an appointment (we didn’t realize we needed one), Malakai was very generous and squeezed us in before the next appointment which was in about 30 minutes. We only wanted to take a few photos and he was a great help getting my infant brother to smile in the photos! The next appointment never ended up showing, and Cristian was a big help during checkout as well. We were looking for a place to take our family photos last minute and these boys didn’t disappoint. Very grateful and very satisfied with our experience! Malakai and Cristian seem to enjoy their job, which made our experience that much better.

The cashier who is older lady and I think she was Muslim was rude and and i never had a problem there and I refused to go back there cause of her and I am mother of 9 kids and I rather travel 45mins to another jcpenny
