Took my Samsung Note 10+ that was originally $1500 to the Naugatuck location for a new battery. Phone worked fine when I took it in, nothing seemed wrong when I picked it up. Didn't touch it at all on the ride back to Waterbury. When I got in my house it was bricked/black screen of death. Tried to hard reset it a few times and observed the backing is loose. I think they must have knocked some wires loose and killed my screen. The only thing it will do is vibrate when plugged it. Won't power up, light up, ring or anything else. Really pissed, they didn't get have me sign anything or warn me that having a battery put in could brick my phone

I went to the place, great customer service and prices but the problem is my phone started glitching AGAIN the next day after I went and got my phone fixed.

Brought my iPad to be repaired for a cracked screen. Had to return it due to it making phantom touches on the screen. Returned 5 days later still with the same issue. Can’t watch Netflix with it forwarding or rewinding depending on how you hold it.

I just visited the Naugatuck store on Rubber Ave. with my daughter. Her iPhone had a broken button. 20 minutes later a new button was installed and at a great $$$ savings. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. If your iphone needs service GET OVER THERE NOW. Knowledgeable staff, courteous service and transparent costs. Thank you iDoctor, my daughter is happy.

Took my sad and smashed iPhone 7 here yesterday. Once you drop the phone and crack the screen, of course you keep dropping it and making it worse. I dropped it twice more in a week and finally a large piece fell out which left a decent hole by the home button. Called, made an appt for the same day and the gentleman who answered was the one there who fixed it while I waited. I had already done this once abroad and had noticed they'd used such a cheap replacement that it was coming unglued. Don't go for the cheap one. The best quality screen comes w/ a lifetime guarantee at this kiosk, certainly worth it in my opinion. He even saw they hadn't replaced the water guard the last time. He tested the new cover out to make sure it worked and it was glitchy so he marked that one defective and made sure the one he gave me worked perfectly. It's gorgeous, brighter and clearer than ever. He even gave me his original price as he mistakenly quoted me a bit lower at first, but honored what he'd told me and wouldn't let me tip. Honest and professional. Give this company your money.

I visited the Manchester Kiosk 3 weeks ago and ordered a replacement screen for my Pro 4 tablet and paid for it in full. I was told that it would be in within 7-10 days. It has not been installed yet because the screen did not come in yet. I called twice and was told on the first call it was being sent from California that was last week, Monday. I just called today, Monday and was told that phone lines were down and to call back in 2 hours. The gentleman said that their is nothing that he can do, call back later.
