I have used Hygrade for both installation and repair of several heating and cooling units over the years, and I cannot say enough good things about them.I respectfully disagree with the critical comments. On multiple occasions other contractors comment about how precise and professional our installation was.What prompts this review is that we had our air conditioner break down during a heatwave, and Hygrade was gracious enough to squeeze us in and come out the same day to fix it. Wow. Only 1 review and it's only one star. I'm surprised as heck.My neighbors highly recommended Hygrade to install mini-split heating and air conditioner units in my 1800 sqft home. We have radiators so traditional central air would not have worked for us. We got the quote quickly, they scheduled us quickly and did the job...quickly. We received 5 units inside the house. One which will cool our kitchen, living and dining rooms. One in our band rehearsal room and three in our bedrooms. The outside unit is on the same side of the house as most of the indoor units. They were even able to mount one on an interior wall which abuts a half bath. The crew was kind, clean and worked their butts off. The price was fair and it came with a $4k rebate and a $2k tax credit. We paid $15k before those credits/rebates. I will circle back with more photos soon!
