We've been using Charter Oak Mechanical for 5 years now and just had them out to service our C/A. As always, they were on time, very friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions! The same gentlemen, whose name I can't recall, has been here several times and is amazing! I highly recommend!

I had COM come out and replace an inefficient HVAC system in May of 2024, great experience, professional and were eager to get the job done right. I had run into n unexpected issue, but Wilson and his team assessed the problem and took care of business. Would recommend for both installation and service. I should mention that the price was very reasonable.

When I call them because my basement was quickly flooding over a busted boiler, they were here just minutes after I hung up the phone then fixed the problem in no time... Best customer service ever !!!
