Jonothan is a solid dude. Did me justice! Came over to my office to clear up space on my iMac and ended up doing more than I asked for and then came back a few weeks later to do a follow up and help make sure everything was stable. At no cost. It was very generous of him. A+ to this guy. Super sweet and helps me understand technology like I should.
When was the last time your experience of having your computer repaired was a delight? Jonathan at Kent Computer Services was exceptionally welcoming, thoughtful, and effective in cleaning the fans on my custom laptop. What others estimated would take 7 hours took minutes in Jonathan’s capable hands. As a writer who depends on her PC, I couldn't recommend this shop enough for its friendly, excellent service at a fair price.
I am not a fan of technology. I have no patience with technology. When I upgraded from Android to iPhone, I thought all my apps would transfer. I mean a phone is a phone, right? Well I learned it isn’t that simple. For me at least, for Jon it was. Thank you doesn’t convey how much I appreciate what he was able to do. Deserving of 10 stars if I could.
