Alina Hernendez is an amazing and creative teacher who brings a unique loving awareness of each student and their strenghts and body weaknesses. She has a real intution about sensations and immediately knows how to correct some posture into healthy alignment. The class integrates a dance of body and mind that smoothes and leaves one energized. She is always bringing new knowledge to share with her students. Excellent experience and atmosphere. We’re still working through my issues because it’s been years in the making but the orthopedic massage is better than anywhere I’ve been. Shannon really focuses on what your body needs. No other massage therapist has been able to pick out problem areas and target them like she does. I highly recommend her services.
