Great response. Helped pick the best unit to replace old units. Great pricing and easy to work with. Handled problems quickly and efficiently. We could not ask for a better experience.
Ugo's team replaced my water heater, AC and furnace in Q4 2024. They finished the work in time as promised and did excellent work. When summer came, Ugo sent crew to fill the coolant in the AC since it can only be done when temperature reaches certain level. It cannot be done in winter. My house has 3 zones and one zone AC control did not work after I switched to cool. After I reported the issue, Ugo sent a technician over to check next day. He identified the issue quickly, which was caused by wiring on the control panel. He fixed it quickly. Now everything works fine. I am glad I asked Ugo to do the work. He is so nice and phone line is always open. Thank you!
Absolutely recommend Ugo & his team for all things AC related. We decided the best time to get an AC unit installed would be last minute during a heat wave.We called just about every company but ultimately decided to go with Ugo. They were easy to get ahold of, responsive to emails, willing to work around our schedule, were able to secure the exact unit we were looking for, and worked quickly and efficiently...all for the best price of all the companies were contacted. You really can't get any better than that. Thanks again!
