Courteous & responsive staff even during this difficult time. . Physician was personable and interested in what I had to say. She listened & was supportive despite being on a video call. We did communicate & it was understood that some of the medical things needed would & could wait till this quarantine had ended. The best outcome considering the circumstances
Great visit. Came away with all questions answered. Understand that with the conversion to epic a lot of updating needs to be done and yet I felt she paid attention to my concerns and questions. Looking me in the eye while she was talking. It is the biggest concern I hear from friends that their doctor does not look at them!
I would highly recommend DrEverhart-CayeShe is kind, thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. Takes time to explain everything so that you understand what's going on. Follows up on all referals and abnormal tests.
