Great doctor who takes the time to explain test results and how to address areas of concern. I recommend him to others with kidney issues as you are not going to do much better in my opinion.

Starling Physicians offers its patients a much better health care experience! Dr Tremeglio is very thorough, and kind. He answers my questions, and is very knowledgable. The office staff is very good as well. They are much better than other doctors' offices that I have been to for myself or my family. They see you on time, and set up labs quickly. They even helped me recover my "My Chart Plus" credentials.Cc

This was the best first time experience at any doctors office. The Doc. was very comforting, and he took time to fully explain in layman's terms my diagnosis. He also put forward a very simple course of action for me to try out towards achieving my health goals. Looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Tremaglio.
