I am grateful to have Dr. Roux handle my medical care with so much empathy and professionalism. She takes the time to explain what's happening and provides detailed instructions on what needs to be done to improve my health condition. She has gone above and beyond to create the best treatment plan possible. Any patient of hers is truly blessed to have her as their physician and her staff is wonderful too!

I was entirely satisfied with my telehealth conference with Dr. Roux.I was entirely UNSATISFIED with MyChartPLUS, which did not allow me to access Dr. Roux for the conference. We ended up connecting via facetime on IPhones. Stress and irritation for me, inconvenience for her.This has happened before. It is a continuing complaint: MyChartPLUS refuses my password, and when I change the password it refuses the new one. I cannot get onto the site by which I'm supposed to communicate with my GP, Dr. Thomas Savinelli, and several other providers. Message to Starling: Shape up! My health may depend on it.

My Mom had an appointment with Dr. Raoux this week and was very thorough and answered all of our questions! She was very pleasant & made my Mom feel at ease while discussing TX options for her sleep apnea, etc...
