More than a "massage therapist"!
Matt DeMichele of Shadow and Trees was my massage therapist regularly for eight years. I initially was referred to Matt because of his sports medicine background. Somehow I had hurt my neck so badly—partially an old injury acting up—that I couldn’t turn my head to drive, holding up my head was painful, and lying down was no better.
Instead of choosing PT, I decided to give Matt a try, and voilá, his knowledge of the human body and my condition brought me back to normal quickly!
I continued to see Matt monthly, and over the years he kept my neck in working order and also helped keep my aging body nimble for exercise.

Matt has been my massage therapist since 2010 and I've always been grateful for his deeply intuitive professional skills. In the days of Covid-19, I feel safe in the clean environment Matt has created using state and CDC recommended precautionary measures, including room air purifier in addition to masking, temperature checking and hand sanitizing. I'm happy to be able to regain the experience of Matt's therapy.
