I didn't realize how much of an odyssey I was on until I arrived here. My first impression was they are respectful and patient. They are used to handling people kindly and efficiently.
Getting eye care for more extreme needs is stressful, expensive, and disruptive. After several months of learning about and attempting to address my needs, all of my issues were handled. We say care providers nowadays but most of my personal interactions with medical professionals are often rushed and imbalanced. Meeting with staff here and Dr. Martinez felt supportive and helpful.
