The tattoo person is horrible. He smells like weed his breath stinks like smoke. He is very unprofessional and tattoos horrible. They definitely need new management and fire everybody and start all over. Honestly how is this place even still open. I will be calling the city on them

Unprofessional And Irresponsible Piercer Here At Pelicans She Butchered My Ear During Process Of Gauges And Tried To Cover It Up I Heard And Felt 2 Seperate Crunches on The Same Ear And After Appointment I Went Right Back In To Show Her How It Looks She Said Oh No Biggie Needle Must’ve Slipped Or Something You’ll Be Fine And Sent Me On My Way Like My Concerns Weren’t Valid I Am 2 Weeks Into Having My Gauges In And The Ear She Almost Double Gauged Is Still Bleeding Not From Actual Gauge It’s Bleeding From The Half a Second Hole She Put In My Ear She Didnt Even Finish The Job On The Visit She Made Me Come Back Almost A Week Later So She Can Put The Backs On In The Mean Time I Had A Gauge Fall Out I Had To Put Back In Still With No Back To Hold It In Then It Took Me 2 Days After The Day She Told Me To Come Back For The Backs To Finally See Her To Get Them Done Then I Showed Manager And She Knew It Was So Bad That She Told Me To Come Speak With Owner On Wednesdays She Was Very Polite And Tried To Help Piecer Was Rude And Basically Told Me I Can and Could’ve Brought My Money Elsewhere As If She Didnt Screw Up I Paid 170 Not Only Did Other Shops Tell Me I Over Paid They Also Said This Was Piercers Error Today Called At 1:30 and No Owner Piercer Answered Phone Heard My Voice And Gave The Manager The Phone Saying it’s The Kid Crying About His Gauges And Then Manager Gets On Phone Not As Pleasant As She Was In The Past Giving me The Run Around And I Said Geesh I Just Wanna Get This Settled What Do I Have To Do Get A Lawyer I Don’t Wanna Do That She Said Go Ahead We Dont Care We Got Insurance And Lawyers Losing One Customer Won’t Hurt This Is Sad And Bad Business It’s Sad To See A Local Business Thats Been Around For So Long Be Like This And Treat A Customer Like This I Didn’t Get Gauges For Free I Paid 170 for Job To Get Butchered And Not Even Completed Day Of Appointment… I Didn’t Want To Come On Here And Do This But Seeming There Is No Resolution Or Communication With The Owner Or Someone That Can Do Anything About What Has Happened I Posted This… To The Owner Joe Please Reach Out To Me You Manager Has My Number Or You Can Send Me A Message On Facebook Please And Thank You

It was a pretty awesome experience. Loved the customer service we received. It was a clean environment and not to mention how interesting the set up was in the store. Definitely will be another visit.

Got a tragus piercing about 2 years ago.it came out great.nice and clean place.i was in and out fast which I liked without appointment.

First came here when I was 1. I got my ears pierced since I was a baby. My dad got me and my siblings ears done all 4 of us including him. I’ve gotten both sides of my nose and I’ve gotten my belly pierced here perfectly fine. The 1 time I had an issue with paying for 2 sets of studs they’re taking long and the lady that answers the phone wants to bring up her kids ears piercings don’t fall out or come out. What does that have to do with the fact I just purchased these and they’re falling out when I bend down or make slight movements. It’s definitely quantity over quality here. Nice lady with the dreads but they need to figure out how to handle customer service a bit better !!! Last time seeing me here. Sorry not sorry yooo…. Studs are almost dollars 30$ a pair!! Just for the backs to not even hold the earrings in your ears. I sat for almost 45 mins just to get another set while the lady who answered the darn phone is just sitting in my face eating candy and scrolling on Facebook! Over 20+ years of service from us. This is the last one you get from me.

I went in a couple months ago to get my snake bite done. The lady didn’t even pierce me right me. the snake bite was so low tht at this point she might as well have pierce my chin. i double checked with her to be sure if it’s the right spot because it did not look right at all. the next day after getting it pierced i called the shop and asked if i can come in because i wanted it re pierced. one of the lady’s (the one tht didn’t pierce me) said the lady tht did pierce me wasn’t in but tht i can come in and wait for her so tht is what i did i walked all the way there n waited for abt an hr which is cool whatever. the lady tht did pierce me comes in and asks me wht i need i basically say if she can re pierce me bc its so low mind u a snake bite is a lip piercing it was not even CLOSE to my lip at all like i said before might as well have pierced my chin bc thts how low it was. anyway she took one look & told me tht is how a snake bite should look….then she told me show her a reference pic which i did and she said yea tht isn’t right & how she did it was correct and sent me on my way. i was so upset bc first it wasn’t even wht i wanted or placed correctly & she didn’t even offer to take it out for me cus i wasn’t pleased with it so i was stuck w this thing on my face tht i could not take off cus first it was freshly pierced so it hurt so bad to even move it and the ball of the snake bite was tightly screwed on. my mom saw me really upset and she too said tht wasn’t pierced correctly and it looked weird. so my mom called the shop and told them the situation again and i guess the lady tht answered remembered me and said something disrespectful in spanish to the other lady annoyed tht my mom called i guess she didn’t think my mom heard her but my mom did and she started arguing with my mother…. i was in total shock because tht is so unprofessional to do like tht is the worst experience ever with a piercer i’ve experienced . i went to another piercing shop i told them my situation and they took out the one the other shop did and re pierced me on the other side exactly where i wanted it and it actually looked like a lip piercing and even changed my vertical labret tht i already had pierced to a shorter bar which was so nice of them & they charged me so cheap
to do all tht. anyway yea it’s been a couple months and my snake bite tht i got done at another shop healed beautifully !! no thanks to pelican.

First time here , came in for a frog eye piercing . Shop was clean , the appointment it’s self didn’t take too long, I like that walk ins are welcomed , Shawna was my piercer and she did an amazing job , quick and easy ❤️ I’ll write an update review in a few weeks on the healing process! But I’d def recommend this place :)

I got my septum pierced here. I called and Shawna answered the phone. She was very professional and answered all my questions. She said she had time available so I went right down to the shop and she took care of me. The shop was very clean and sanitary. When you have your septum pierced there are two choices of nose rings or septum rings. One is larger than the other. I happened to go with the smaller of the two and boy was that a big mistake. The ring barely came out the bottom of my nostrils and it was very tight up against my septum or the middle part of my nose at the bottom where you see the ring. In my case you could barely see the ring and it was so tight after having it on front Wednesday to Saturday it was cutting into my nose and it was very uncomfortable and painful. I called the shop and the owner answered the phone. He was a very nice gentleman. I explained my situation and I asked him if I could have the septum ring changed to the larger one. He told me to come right on down to the shop and he’d have Iris change it for no charge. Shawna wasn’t in that day so the other girl Iris did it. So I went down and they both agreed that the ring was way too tight so we went ahead and Irish took out the small one and put the larger ring in and wow what a world of a difference. It wasn’t Shawna’s fault that the small one made me uncomfortable. I’m the one who chose the smaller one but anyways everything got fixed and I was so happy that they didn’t charge me because I was broke!! I had no money at all. So overall my experience with the whole shop was wonderful. Shawna explained to me how to clean it and she gave me some sea salt to take home. Sea salt is the best thing to clean nose rings. The owner was awesome. What a great experience I had. Everyone was so nice. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to get a piercing of any kind. They do them all. They are also better with their prices. For me it was $65 out the door. As far as prices for other piercings I’m not sure, but for the septum it was $65. I think that’s great. That includes the ring also. Then I gave her a tip. My second visit for the correction was free of charge. I’m going back there and I’m recommending them to my friends who want piercings.

Requested style: Septum pierced. An experience I’ll never forget. Painful but not too painful that it’s unbearable. Your eyes tear up a little bit but that’s natural. I guess if you want something done bad enough you’ll put up with a little discomfort. That’s how I look at it. And I wanted my septum pierced badly.

Specialties: Septum pierced. They know how to do all kinds of other piercings including nipples, belly button, nose, eyebrows, and lips etc…

Stylist: Shawna and Iris and they are both awesome. They are professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly.
