I'm very happy with my nails, First a young girl started and lily finished I didn't mind, I payed $80 for my full set and I think that's fair, I gave it a 4 star because I was there 4 hours

9/3/2023; Spence did my nails, however I requested Lily to do it. Spence did a good job on the nails. However the customer service he provided was not nice. Mind you there was another customer sitting right next to me and seen it all, and agreed. I even tipped him. This was the cost for a full set 75.00.Will I go back, yes. If you want natural nail care, this is definitely not the place to go. I asked for acrylic nail removal and a manicure. It was the worst experience of my life. They used nail clippers and pulled the acrylics off. I was in pain and my natural nails were destroyed. They treated my natural nails as if they didn't matter. Didn't file or shape them. I've came to this place several times and have never been this dissatisfied with my service.
