Friendly and easy communication with the office staff and prompt, knowledgeable techs. Pricing is fair and it's clear that they really care about providing reliable, straightforward service for their customers. Macca replaced a failed water heater for me and I will be back. This was a refreshing experience when so many contractors and service providers care more about maximizing billing than taking care of their customers.
