I took my kid here to get his nails trimmed and filed. The nail technician was very nice and friendly and did a great job! It's a small place, but in a quiet, able-to-focus-on-you kind of way that I like. I also like the inclusive anti-hate poster in the window. We'll be repeat customers.

There aren’t enough stars to give “Queens Village” literally if I could give this place of business 100 stars I would. After breaking a nail and my original nail tech being closed on Sundays I decided to try a new place which ended up being a horrible experience, I wasn’t even in the chair for 4 minutes before I gracefully told the man working on my nails that I didn’t want any services from his establishment. Literally left with no fill and a tip on my pinky (lol). Character is everything to me and salons shouldn’t care more about the quantity of customers than they do about the quality of work they do or the kindness they give to their customers. Long story short I called Queens village and Malika worked a miracle on my nails. I even seen a major difference in her work compared to the salons work that I usually go to. Malika was very kind, professional and took her time. From the way she answered the phone and spoke to me to the end of the services of my nails was an amazing experience. She displayed the upmost integrity. She turned my nails which were a hot mess into a beautiful masterpiece. She didn’t have to go out of her way to help me so late within the afternoon but her willingness to and the fact that she took her time and was very, patient, precise and strategic about fixing my nails was impeccable. Not to mention this salons decor is absolutely beautiful and it was such a clean environment. This place is a whole vibe…Thank you so much Malika. You’ve definitely gained another customer, I appreciate the amazing customer service.
