“I found Vanity on google made an appt to have some fillers and lips etc.. made a few other appts and unfortunately had to cancel due to work and had an appt today got a message yesterday she was cancelling my appt due to the fact i cancelled ,,, i like Marta very much and wanted to go back to her i loved her work, i apologized and asked if i could come back. Never saw a cancellation policy.. She was very kind and attentive to me. she said she was dismissing people that had cancellations. I asked her if she could reconsider her answer was no.... When i cancelled last time i called her receptionist who was very kind and pleasant and i told her i was in heavy traffic since i dont live close.. could i reschedule she was so kind and professional and said we could do tuesday 21 at 12:00.. never said we can;t book you.. i just find this very strange to do this to me.. I asked her if she can reconsider... NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we had a good relationship i was very kind to her. I understand cancelling is not a good thing "things do happen" I sent her 3 referrals ... i dont understand why she would call me at 2:30 Monday afternoon and cancel my appt for today, Tuesday at 12:00 Marta i would like you to reconsider me as a patient..... I would never cancel again .... I like your work and you as a person ....“
