Ercolano Cleaning and Restoration is amazing!! Justin and his entire crew came in and were so professional, efficient, clean, friendly and caring of myself and my possessions. Everything was covered and taped off and secured safely from any mold spores that might have been put into the air due to demolition and removal. I can’t even explain how happy I was to have Ercolano Cleaning & Restoration help me through my water damage in my house. From the time I called, I was in good hands and I felt like I was able to sit back and let them handle it all. They were quick to come out to my house once I called. I had a lenghty relationship with this firm, including remediation of water damage and managing work with insurance and my mortgage company.
Overall, initial remediation was prompt. It wasn't a perfect experience, but in hindsight they got the job done exactly as was needed without too much hassle and pricing was on par with insurance estimates.
Where I really started to admire this company was after the work was done. They were a fantastic partner in dealing with insurance. I had asked for alot, including signed documents, reworking bills and having patience with payment delays. Overall, super responsive and easy to work with.
