Shelby got me over my fear of salons and anyone touching my hair (last time I had someone cut my hair, it was 10 years ago, and bad). She listened. Cut off exactly how much I wanted off and didn't pressure me to do more. She knew what I wanted despite my lack of words for what I described and even knew what would look good on me. She really worked with me and not against me and helped boost my self image.

After moving to Connecticut from Pennsylvania, I had a lot of trouble finding someone who could handle my long, naturally curly hair. After some research and several recommendations, I called Joseph John Salon and was matched up with Amy Dixon, and now I can't live without her. Amy is a genius with long hair, curly hair, hair color, dry hair, and any type of hair. Amy gets a hundred stars in my book, and all the ladies at this salon are amazing! Everyone walks out looking like a million dollars.
