Bad service, bad communication.Was told at a cleaning I had no cavities, just a spot or two, but had to go again to get the glue bar retainer fixed. I go in, and the doctor starts numbing me and I ask why and he says "you have 6 cavities! i'm filling them!" and when I was confused he said "no no not gonna do them today, just the bar and we'll reschedule."I go back 2 months later and the appointment was cancelled (they called the wrong number, albeit the right one wasn't up anymore) because the doctor wasn't in that day. Really? So now that's a 4 month wait to get my cavities filled?Not really any other option than to go here, but if you do, avoid this place.

Gold star family dentist has canceled two of my appointments on me last minute. The first appointment they had me waiting in the office for an hour and a half before taking me. I was scheduled for an extraction I had to get it approved by my insurance, a few months later It got approved. They sat me down just to tell me they couldn't do it anymore. The same thing happened today I have an appointment for tomorrow and they cancelled on me last minute. This is the worst dentist I have ever been to in my entire almost 30 years of life. Waste of my time and they are also hard to get a hold of on the phone. It seems like nobody there actually knows what they are doing..

Receptionist was extremely RUDE. This practice changed my appointment times 3 times in 2 days . After expressing my frustrations the receptionist hung up on me. I will be looking for a new practice !
