I just shared on Yelp, I am disabled and moved to the neighborhood in Sept 2025 and have used The Laundry Room for all of my Wash & Fold and some Dry Cleaning. We recently had an issue that I brought to management and their response was prompt, decisive and professional. I believe my issue was singular and not indicative of the service they provide and I hope they continue to thrive. I recommend The Laundry Room.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! When I placed my order form online, they got back to me immediately and picked up my clothes and returned them the same day! The best laundry mat around! Highly recommend!

The Laundry Room has been such a valuable resource during the pandemic. Their same-day wash-and-fold delivery service is efficient and reasonably priced. Living in a fourth-floor walk-up with a shared laundry room in the basement of my building presented a particular challenge in COVID times. I was very pleased with my decision to send my laundry out once a week. Carol and the staff at The Laundry Room are pleasant and responsive.
