Do yourself a favor and read the reviews. The positive reviews are fake and written by the people that work their and their friends/family. This place is unprofessional beyond belief and they do very poor work. I left with my hair uneven, they don’t honor promotions and are just a bunch of low functioning stylists looking to pump sales and get extra money.

All I asked for was a bang cut. I rarely complain and this is my first negative review, but my hair feels awful right now. Melinda ( or Miranda..i forget) took way too much hair from one side of my head, so I now have very heavy bangs on the right side of head and not the other. It was a rush job and she didn't even take her time to balance it, or look at me straight on, so it would be even. She then proceeded to put me under the dryer to dry. Then she blew it out a little. Finally, she said, that will be 75$. But she tried to do me a favor and said, since you're new, that will be 65$. I still wasn't going to pay that, as I was in the salon for about 30 minutes. Last summer I took my daughter to see her pediatrician and commented to her Dr. how pretty her hair color was, she mentioned that she had just had it done at Salon 469. I made a mental note. Nine months later, I finally made an appointment for a color with Patricia. Gosh, I wish I had come sooner! I briefly told her what I wanted. I could instantly tell that Patricia was very knowledgeable, which made me trust her instantly. Patricia was very clear about what color would be best for me and suggested using simply organic, which is completely chemical free. She said the color would be natural, shiny, long lasting and my hair would not have that "colored feel" to it. Patricia delivered everything she promised, the results were everything I hoped for and more! My hair looks like my natural color before I got greys except better, it looks like it has subtle highlights, it's shiny and silky to the touch. I could not be happier with the results. Over all my experience at Salon 469 was great. I left extremely happy, the salon was comfortable, clean and well run and everyone there was super nice! I cannot recommend it enough!!!
