Richard and Martha are always very personable and responsive to all requests. Richard has a way of explaining things in a very calm and balanced manner - he is genuinely interested in the best financial path for my long term future - but this is not to say that he is completely closed to alternative strategies.
I have been with Plan First for many years now and have been very happy with the service and performance of my portfolio - I don't see me trusting anyone else, or any other fiduciary, the way I trust Richard and Martha!
