It was a pleasure to meet with Jonathan. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and took his time to check everything over to make sure the system was up and running before he left. He went over everything he was doing and give us his opinion on what to look for in case this were to happen again. Also what he feels would be the best way to move forward which we will most likely need to have it checked out again hopefully it gets us to the fall. Thsnk you very much.

Always so polite, gracious and understanding...and a real professional! And now I can add conscientious becuase I had a question about a gas smell and rather than talk me through it, he visited my home again and double-checked everything! So grateful for Javier AND New England Oil!
