    And here is your review:1) Jean, the trainer, is first rate--highest standards about form, very encouraging and a very lovely person 2) the studio is beautiful, clean and has the best machines for a complete workout 3) the slow motion weight training workout technique is the best for building muscle mass, increasing metabolism and safety 4) the private one on one training, in a place with no music or mirrors, allows for the focus needed to do this challenging workout. I feel very blessed to have this in my life and am so grateful to Mindy, the owner, who is extremely client friendly and does an A+ job of running this business!

    As a person who has played sports all my life I was used to the idea of long hours in a gym doing rep after rep to reach muscle fatigue. I was extremely impressed to see a workout program that worked your entire body in such a short period of time in a safe way and still able to gain results quickly. Mindy and her staff are also very knowledgeable, friendly and never make you feel uncomfortable, so whether your level of training is beginner or advanced they will gear your workout to fit your needs and answer any questions you have.
