The studio is very pretty and peacefully and always perfectly clean. They have a wide variety of classes throughout the day and every class / teacher I’ve had was a great experience.
I got a month membership here while I was in town. Price for a month unlimited was very reasonable and there was a wide selection of classes. I enjoyed how challenging some of the hot classes were, and also enjoyed that they offered yin! Sign up and check in is smooth as can be.
I did a warm yoga class on a Friday evening. I absolutely loved every bit of it. The ambiance with the low lighting and humidifier's smell in the room immediately made me relaxed and the instructor, Gina, was lovely. I was sore for days but in a great way, I'm in good shape but the class definitely worked a lot of muscles I don't use. Also, everyone, people on the phone, the teacher, the other students, were all so very nice.
