Only 1 girl seems to understand English enough to make me feel understood (Abigail). That said, she still did the opposite of what I asked in regards to filingThe last time - and it will be my last time - I had another girl who was rough and unpleasant and ruined my cuticles and nail bed . She cut so deep around cuticles and filed my already short nails down to the quick - they were painful for days!She applied old polish and it looked awful. I made an appointment to try this place for the first time. I made the appointment a week in advance. And the day of the appointment I got held at work late and I was 13 minutes late for my appointment. When I got there they had already taken two other customers and told me I had to wait over 30 minutes to have my nails done. Meanwhile I had a scheduled appointment and left work in a rush to get there. They didn't even apologize or try to squeeze me in they just proceeded to help the walk-in customers that had no appointment. Don't know if I will ever try this place again

I get a SNS powder manicure and spa pedicure every few weeks and my nails are PERFECT the entire time. Everyone is so nice. I usually hate getting my nails done because of the time commitment but Dream makes it so worth it ‍ Love this place sooo much and definitely will not stop going there ever!
