The Delamar Greenwich Harbor offers a classy, white linen atmosphere with live music and a friendly staff. Its ideal sea-facing location and convenient valet service make it a great choice for special occasions. The large rooms are comfortable, while some smaller rooms have a motel-like feel. The staff is accommodating and willing to adapt to guests' needs, although they can be laid-back at times. The Delamar resort is a pleasant surprise, with amazing service and comfortable rooms with great views of the harbor. The food at the restaurant is very good, but the service can be slow at times. The hotel's customer service is exceptional, with the team promptly addressing any issues and providing a high-end, sophisticated experience for guests.
The Delamar resort was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was amazing (especially Ben) and our room very comfortable with a great view of the harbour. I would highly recommend the Delamar if you're visiting Greenwich.
My only complaint was how slow the service was in their restaurant. The food was very good and the staff friendly, but the service definitely needs improvent.
The customer service here is beyond spectacular! I left behind a personal item in my room and the hotel's team was prompt in organizing it's return. They shipped it back to me immediately and contacted me that day to share tracking details.
Not only is their service impeccable but the property is outstanding!
Delanar Hotel in Greenwich was absolutely 💯 wonderful — true luxury service from start to finish.
We arrived late at night and were greeted so warmly. The staff helped us with parking right away, which we really appreciated.😍
In the morning, we upgraded to a river-view room, and it was breathtaking. The room itself was stunning — elegant, spacious, and impeccably styled.😌

The whole hotel has a high-end, sophisticated business vibe, which I personally loved.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. A five-star experience all around!🤩
