We can't begin to say enough good things about our experience at Wireless Zone in Glastonbury, CT yesterday. Our sales consultant, Mario Small, couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable, or more supportive. He expertly guided us through our iPhone purchasing decision, helped develop a very fair price and trade-in for our existing phone, worked out all of our Verizon paperwork, and flawlessly moved our apps and files on to the new phone. This was an excellent experience, and we highly recommend Wireless Zone, and especially Mario Small.

They don't even repair phones. Even though the sign in the front of the store said, "broken phone, no problem". First question I was asked is are you a Verizon customer. Then they sent me to Manchester. What a scam and a joke. You guys suck.

horrible store. bad attitudes lied about my bill. phone was your sold with charger. wasn't told till I paid for.the phone.. they broke my new phone case putting it on wrong.. no help at alll. robbed is for our money.. I do not advise this store

Wow, I could not be happier with my experience with this store, their employees and their service. When my phone screen cracked I was expecting the worst. I submitted a claim through the Verizon website late last night, and showed up as soon as they opened today. Sure enough, they had the claim pulled up and were ready to take my phone. It took less than 20 minutes and they had fixed my screen. The employees were great - very kind, they made conversation with all of the customers, were very honest about how long it would take and what would need to be done. I was very happy with the service and with the timeframe that they gave me. I normally get very stressed out when it comes to doing anything to my phone, especially when it's broken, but they assured me that it was a quick easy fix, and they absolutely delivered on that. I know this is a pretty simple task compared to what else they may be able to fix, but I was still extremely impressed. Although I bought a screen protector as soon as I left, it makes me very reassured to know that there is a great company who will be able to fix my phone if needed in the future.
