I had a ultrasound done and xrays done today, the ultrasound lady tech was fantastic, respectful and amazing, same with the xray lady she was so nice, kind and respecful, I give this place 100000 stars 🌟, they made me very comfortable n knowledgeable during my test
I’ve been here several times and it has consistently been a positive experience. From the receptionists to the radiologists, the staff here are all so kind and helpful. It makes a big difference to feel like they actually care about your experience as a patient.
It was a scary, emotional traumatizing experience, but Dr. Jaswal took the time to draw a picture and explain all the details to me. He spoke to me every step of the process, so there were no surprises. He has a great bedside manner, which is very important to chicken patients like me. Also, the assistant/tech was very kind and put her hand on my back during the procedure, which made me feel supported and well cared for. It made a big difference to be treated with such kindness.
